Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
We want everyone who visits our store to be able to browse, choose products, and complete a purchase without unnecessary difficulty. Accessibility is an ongoing priority for our online store, not a one-time project. We review our website on a regular basis and make adjustments as we identify areas that could be easier to use for visitors with different abilities or who rely on assistive technology.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility and cover recommendations for making content more usable for people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. Conformance is an ongoing goal: we continually review and improve the website to raise its level of accessibility over time, and some areas of the site may not yet fully meet every guideline.
Measures we take
To support an accessible shopping experience, we work to apply the following practices across our store:
- Meaningful alternative text for images, so their purpose and content can be understood through screen readers and other assistive technology.
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background, and scalable text that can be resized without loss of content or functionality.
- Keyboard operability, so pages and interactive elements can be used without a mouse or touchscreen.
- Clear structure and plain language, with consistent navigation and headings throughout the site.
These measures are applied on an ongoing basis as we build and update our store, and we treat them as a baseline we continue to build on rather than a finished checklist.
Assistive technology
We design our pages with the intention that they work well with common assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. Because our store may include third-party themes, apps, or embedded content, we cannot guarantee that every element meets the same standard, but we welcome reports about any part of the experience that does not behave as expected.
Reporting accessibility issues
If you encounter any barriers while using our website, or you need content provided to you in an accessible format, please contact us at contact@electrococina.shop or +34944121228. We take your feedback seriously and will work to resolve the issue promptly.
When reporting an issue, it helps us if you can describe the page you were on, the device and browser or assistive technology you were using, and the specific problem you experienced. This allows us to investigate and address the issue as effectively as possible.
